Modern businesses depend on secure, reliable IT infrastructure to operate, grow, and remain compliant.
iKORE delivers fully managed IT services, private cloud solutions, cyber security, and network infrastructure designed for performance, resilience, and long-term stability.
We don’t just provide support.
We design, secure, and manage business-critical IT environments.
Structured, secure systems designed for sensitive client data.
High-performance, secure IT for deadline-driven firms.
Secure, reliable IT where uptime and confidentiality matter.
Connected, centralised IT across every location and remote team.
IT should be predictable, secure,
and strategically managed,
not a constant source of disruption.
When you call, you reach the people who built and run the platform your practice sits on.
iKORE has been looking after UK practices since 2015, and is run by its two working partners. Not a sales team with engineers somewhere behind it — the partners are in the technical detail daily, and one of them is usually the person who answers when you call.
That shapes what we take on. We stay deliberately small and work with a manageable number of practices, because the thing clients actually value is knowing who picks up and that the person picking up already understands their environment. That stops being true past a certain size, so we have chosen not to chase it.
It also means we say no to work that is not a fit. If your requirement is better served by a larger provider or a specialist, we will tell you rather than take the contract and learn on your systems.
No reselling, and no ticket handed to somebody else while you wait.
Most providers of our size resell somebody else’s cloud. When something breaks they raise a case and wait, and so do you. We built and run our own platform instead, which means on a deadline afternoon we can look at the actual server rather than sitting in a queue.
The practices we work with — accountancy, legal, medical and dental — all carry obligations to their own clients that ordinary businesses do not. Those obligations stay with you. They do not transfer to your IT provider, whatever the contract says.
So we would rather be plain about three things than sell around them:
If that is the kind of relationship you are after, a short conversation is usually enough to tell whether it is a fit. Get in touch.
